 Rest·less, a.
 1. Never resting; unquiet; uneasy; continually moving; as, a restless child. --Chaucer. “Restless revolution day by day.”
 2. Not satisfied to be at rest or in peace; averse to repose or quiet; eager for change; discontented; as, restless schemers; restless ambition; restless subjects.  “Restless at home , and ever prone to range.”
 3. Deprived of rest or sleep.
    Restless he passed the remnants of the night.   --Dryden.
 4. Passed in unquietness; as, the patient has had a restless night.
 5. Not affording rest; as, a restless chair.

 Grind·er n.
 1. One who, or that which, grinds.
 2. One of the double teeth, used to grind or masticate the food; a molar.
 3. Zool. The restless flycatcher (Seisura inquieta)  of Australia; -- called also restless thrush and volatile thrush. It makes a noise like a scissors grinder, to which the name alludes.
 Grinder's asthma, Grinder's phthisis, or Grinder's rot Med., a lung disease produced by the mechanical irritation of the particles of steel and stone given off in the operation of grinding.
